Don't stay here

Close to where our family lives and some of the staff were nice.

1st room basin leaked all over bathroom floor. We moved rooms to find the fridge never worked. Trash under beds. Not cleaned properly. They came looked at fridge, pulled it out but never came back to fix or change it out with a vacant rooms fridge. Certainly won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worse experience ever staying in this hotel

The location

The really bad customer service of the receptionist, I checked in and after a settled in my room I noticed that there no working water, they were doing plumbing repairs but the receptionist didn’t mentioned to me to be aware, after I ask she was like I don’t know when the water is coming back and it wasn’t her fault, the mini fridge was dirty and had mold inside, the bathroom sink leak and all the water was on the floor, the tv cable service only had 3 good working channels. I’m a frequent traveler and this is the worse experience staying in one of this hotel, I will never stay again.

Very low standards of a hotel SAD SAD SAD!!!!

It was a very bad experience. Most of the staff was very rude and gave attitude. Though, there were a few staff members that were very nice . When we got to the room , there was only one set of bath towels, and that set of towels that ''were'' in the bathroom ,was soiled and used. And on the course of our first night! we were interupted by management staff, doing room checks, not twice but three times saying that we were in a vacant room. And I told the member we were assigned to this room when we registered/ checked in. We were interupted once more due to another guest trying to enter the room. when I opened the door, she said this room was hers. I told her, she needed to go back to the registration desk and let them know the room was occupied. The following morning, we decided to check what was on the breakfast menu, when we got to the "dining room", it was not what we expected! There was nothing but fruits and dry cereal and a waffle iron and some bread on a plate. I guess that's what is called "continental breakfast" ????? We decided to walk over to a restaurant close by for a REAL BREAKFAST!!!! In the future, We will never ever stay at or book at another Super 8 hotel again. I really feel for those staff members that were very nice to have to work with those staff members that were very rude and have attitude. VERY VERY VERY SAD!! But this is just my opinion!!!! Very low standards for hotel accommodations. And I believe there was also another unsatisfied guest complaining pretty much about what was happening to us. Very not recommended !!!

My lady that check me in was fabulous, worked and made my stay nice my room was ok , bed was comfy , room was quiet..

Everything. The first room I checked into still had someone else’s stuff in it then the second one has a window that was not even in the track so I had to keep heat running all night so we didn’t freeze

great place to stay , but traffic issues to get to proper turn lane can be a issue .

location of motel close to restaurant/ stores within walking distance of under an hour . size of room , lot more room than others we've stay in . Basic items set up for breakfast area plastic silverware/ paper plates & bowls cofee fresh friut cereal milk toast butter & jam waffles & butter and syrup

sometimes it's difficult to get into the turn lane for location with the way the street is done . Another way is to go past the turn lane , just take another street to turn around and go over the bridge to get into proper turn lane to building . 00

The price and staff was very helpful in fixing whatever problem came up.

First room I check into tv didn't work. Moved to second room heater didn't work and bath tub faucet keep dripping. No way to stop it. Desk clerk check third room to make sure everything work before moving there. Rest of stay fine.

An attempt to relax and be warm inside with a few issues and confusing experiences

Deanna was the best and most helpful person but I caught the cleaning staff inside of my room and they were not cleaning up one of them was just standing there near the TV watching the other one go through the belongings that I had left in my room to go run out to do a few things in town, assuming that they were in a safe place for about an hour or so. Luckily I have nothing missing of mine yet I don't appreciate the invasion of privacy and solely being told by the cleaning staff member that "they're so sorry" and then running away to do it somewhere else to another room in the hotel. Also, being woken up by a front desk staff member at 12:40AM with her key card trying to open the door with no permission by me to do so while I was sleeping in bed and waking me up abruptly and not needing anything except for saying "front desk" and going to every door and trying to unlock and push it open which I don't think is necessary or makes sense or is respecting my privacy or anything else really at all.

Hotel was dirty. Full of druggies that set off the fire alarm multiple times due to smoking drugs in their room. Had to stand out in the cold and rain until the fire department approved the hotel for occupancy again. Hotel clerk , Cassandra, high on some drug

Tons of extra costs they tag on that they don't mention ANYWHERE in their ads. Really ridiculous..will not recommend it to other healthcare travelers.

Dirty and run down facility

The front desk people were very helpful. All the people that I interacted with were kind and friendly.

Dirty, broken down building. The carpet was nasty. I had to refuse the first two rooms I was given because the rooms smelled so bad. One had a broken bathtub faucet and the other room had a backed up toilet. The front desk upgraded my room and it was better,but barely acceptable.

It did the job but I wouldn't eb excited for another stay.

Tosha was very friendly, and it was great to have a fidge and microwave in the rooms.

There were stains on the bed covers, we came across a very large rat just outside, our key cards didn't work after the first night and we had to get them re-magnetized, the breakfast was incredibly disappointing with only one kind of cereal (neither of the ones advertised), waffles and toast with no jam or other toppings.

Wouldn’t stay in a Super 8 again.

The woman at desk was fine.

Sent to first room and toilet was clogged and full of feces, bed linens didn’t look fresh. Second room has rings from cups/glasses on all surfaces.pillows awful. Hallway and stair carpets dirty. Noisy comings and goings and shrieking duri)g night. Wondered if part of it was voucher driven for house less people.wished there was instant oatmeal or something less sweet.

Horrible! Should of took pictures, darn it

Fire alarms went off at 5am two times. Bathroom toilet seat was deplorable towel racks rusty and broken. Carpet was torn in different spots. The outside grounds were filthy and thousands of cig butts and broken wine bottles. YOU NEED A SPOTTER!

Dear Sir or Madame of Booking.com: On July 23, 2022 I tried to check into Lacey Motel 8 First the manager named Vickie said that booking.com had over booked her motel and she had sent 47 people away. Booking.com had caused the overbooking. She said I should call Booking.com and complain. I called the number on the reservation confirmation letter. The phone call went to this Motel 8 and Vickie answered. After a bit of talking within her office, she asked me to walk back in. I showed her my confirmation letter and she assured me that Booking,com had been hacked and the letter was not real. She Zeroxed it and read it slowly. She said she was amazed at what it said. Manager Vickie said that there was no one named Gooding was on her list. She asked me how long I had had that name and I answered 53 years. Since my reservation letter only had her phone number on it, I asked for Booking.com’s phone number. She told me it was 888 850-3958. She said I should ask for a refund. Another employee in the office said the Booking.com was not a very good company. I said that I had booked 3 rooms for 4 or 5 nights through Booking.com when I took my children and grandchildren to Oregon and had no problem. The next morning I ate my waffle in the Breakfast room from 8 AM to 8:20. There were very few food choices. I was amazed that I was the only one in the Breakfast room, or even in the hallways of a motel that was FULL. The quality of this Motel 8 room was poor. The rug felt damp, like it had just been washed that day. In the morning it still felt damp. The bathroom door on room 111 was a couple of inches too big, so it was not possible to close it. The bathtub dripped. On one bed, the pillowcases looked wrinkled, as though they had been used, and the bed had just been remade. I hope there is a way to ASSURE me that your reservation is real and you have not been hacked and that I never experience almost being turned away, again.

I loved how they made me feel at home and the breakfast was great the staff were very on top of things. We always had clean towels and supplies. And it was clean and free of riff raff.

the issue was that I booked my room the day before and when me and my partner arrived at 10 the next night I was told the rooms were all booked and we couldn’t stay there . I’ve tried calling booking dot come to make sure my card didn’t get charged but no one is willing to answer they keep telling me to call somewhere else .
