River view. Comfortable beds.

Lack of attention to details. Empty shower bottles, trash left in drawers, door sticks and hard to open, ice machine broken, toilet seat doesn't fit and cockeyed.

The location was great cleaned great staff exceptional breakfast very clean n good

The hotel itself need to be updated. Looks dated but it was clean. Was disappointed to be of the overall condition for that price and location. The price n location does not meet the expectations of being modernized. Updates would bring more customers in and then it could be a romantic place to come for peace n quite time.

The staff and amenities

At arrival there were large red stains on the carpet, a stained mattress pad cover on the couch bed when opening,a tub with a broken drain that would not hold water to soak my legs and back. We also found a broken circuit breaker on a plug needed to charge our phones. No vent in the bathroom and the shower. Urging rod was falling off the wall as well as the toilet paper holder. Although the staff arrived immediately to fix the bathroom condition stayed the same. For this reason I would not recommend a stay

The room we, my husband and I, stayed in was very clean. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't address that issue, however my husband did have the breakfast and he said it was okay. The location was perfect for what we were going to do while in Pittsburgh.

The room air conditioner, although it was set at 68 degrees, did not seem to be putting out cool air. There was air coming out it just wasn't cool. The cold water tap in the sink came out warm to hot for me. It was not pleasant brushing my teeth.
