Beds were comfortable.
This was off-season. The huge place was practically empty, and we (handicapped senior citizens) were placed the farthest distance from the elevator. No in-room coffee at a high price point. There was free coffee between 7-10 am in the lobby. Did I mention how far our room was from the lobby?

Very nice place,and had two washers and two dryers. Gave us plenty of towels.
Washers out dated,very noisy I thought they were going to break down.

The Inn was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub was awesome. we got a pass for a lot of activities on the mountain as part of our stay.
everything was very nice so we had no complaints.

clean room
spa was set on low or Maintenace level. We ask to turn it on, they said thats all we get. We have stayed there before and they worked like they're supposed to. Was really looking forward to using spa after bike riding all day, what a let down.
