Mountains
Not able to go out on a balcony to enjoy the mountains. Not enough seating at the table. The air conditioner was noisy.

Room was adequate for our purposes -- to break up out long drive to the beach. Breakfast: Also adequate, but not much more.
No POOL. We booked through booking.com, which told us the property had a POOL. Desk clerk told us this was a problem with third-party booking sites, and that the company's website (IHG) is correct. (I verified. She is correct.) We had some disappointed kids. I will say the clerk offered to let me cancel reservation. We were tired. We stayed. ALSO: Outside the lobby smells distinctly of urine. Hotel is "dog friendly," and that apparently means "let your dog pee where they want to pee." Not sure how you fix that.
