I will visit you again

Location was good, breakfast was good, shower in the room leaked water onto the bathroom floor. Staff was great.

It’s unfortunate I felttricked into booking a hotel that was under construction

The clerk - an older black woman - was HATEFUL.

The front desk clerk was RUDE AND MEAN. Extremely rude.

Superb

served the needs, food was fresh and always filled

I stayed in an accessible room. The only issue was the toilet. There was a grab bar on one side but all accessible toilets need bars on both sides, either a portable bar device or bars mounted on walls, If someone is not able to pull themselves up with one bar, there will be issues.

We had a big family Birthday and a lot of our family stayed there. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious Location Bed was comfortable

They were doing construction on my side of the building so it got pretty noisy first thing in the morning and occasionally in the evening. There was also a huge flood light that shined directly into my room making it almost impossible to sleep at night because the light was so bright. I had to cover my head with a pillow. The livingroom air conditioner was broken the first night. There were no knobs to adjust the temperature and it seemed to be blowing both hot and cold at the same time. I spoke with the desk and it was fixed by the time I returned the next day.

We don't stay at hotels very often, but this was not an experience we would care to repeat.

Staff was polite and friendly.

Peeling and scuffed paint in room, difficult access to hotel entrance, parking was challenging due to all the storage containers

Paper thin walls and indifferent staff. Avoid it if you can.

The place was clean which is why we were okay with staying there though by midnight we were sorry we did

Just about everything else. Basically the wall are paper thin and we we spent half the night listening to a baby cry and toddler yell next door and across the hall there was fight that I was afraid would result in violence. We called the front desk for a different room and they said they couldn't move us but would give us a refund if they could not stop the noise. The did make a phone call and it stopped for the night but resumed at 6am. Breakfast was bad it seemed old and stale. No apologies from the front desk when we left, they ignored us.

Exceptional

Check in was easy and the staff was so helpful. I have no complaints on this hotel. I had pets and they stayed calm for the three days we were there. My husband and daughter really enjoyed themselves. Our room was very clean, smelled good and everything worked in it.

I can't say anything bad or anything I disliked about this hotel.

Just a stop for the night. The walls are to thin. You can hear people walking the hallways. Did not have the room we pai

Handicapped rooms are at the end of the hallway instead of close to the entrance or elevators. Elevators are in the middle of the building making a long walk for handicapped people using canes or walkers.

It was close to where we wanted to be.

The room smells musty and smoky. There was mold growing in refrigerator. The beds weren't very comfortable. Stains on bedspead and lampshade.

A good affordable stay

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Fairly quiet but then i sleep with ear plugs

Breakfast was limited, probably what you would expect from a la quinta. Rooms needed some TLC.
