Clean, convenient. Friendly staff. We let them know my daughter would want to use the pool and they placed us right in front of it & made sure it was clean while we were unpacking without being asked.
A bit run-down, but for the value it didn't bother us

Location from 64. Had good morning coffee.
Hardly a breakfast at all. Towels in room were dirty. Entire property lawn was overgrown and looked run down.
