The bed was great. The decor of the room was lovely and the USB outlets and reading lights were great. We enjoyed the pool.
The only things missing were what I call "Attention to Detail." We had a liquid soap dispenser in the shower, but it was empty and the staff had to bring another. There were no towels in the pool area so we had to ask for them. The lotion dispenser was empty. The booking site for the hotel stated that there was a hot tub, but there was not. It had obviously been concreted over and we were disappointed.

comfortable beds/pillows
A/C unit difficult - kept resetting and room was always hot. Breakfast was horrible. Not even mediocre, just awful. Coffee especially - no lids, no stirrers.
