I could have just left. This is more true than not. Except for the fact that it was after five in the evening, my husban

A large empty space adjacent to the la Quinta made for a nice walk for my pet. So, he had a nice time. Aside from this, the property was in disarray, dirty, and unkempt.

The property was dirty upon entrance. There were doors that should have been accessible only by room key that were open to anyone to enter. Carpets were food stained and mystery stained. The inside of the second room we asked to be moved to because of the foul smell in the first one was no better. The toilet seat was broken, the inside of the toilet hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest use. Used towels were still hung up over the shower rod. Then there were the roaches. One dead in the fridge, one in the bathroom just hanging out. Not to forget, on our first night when we checked in, the person at the front desk did next to nothing to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The person was passive aggressive. Almost spiteful because I asked for a room change. It was uncomfortable.

the staff , assigning me a know room with a none working TV and later a noisy A/C . My wife could not change room for she was in bed sleeping with her medication .

i would not stay at this hotel again. it did not seem clean enough and the staff was never around left lobby unattended.

room did not look clean no toilet paper cups or shampoo body wash. had to ask staff for them

It was impossible to open the window. The room was rather damp. The air conditioner could not be turned off (it ran continuously), so it had to be unplugged.

Property, clean and the staff is super friendly. Good location close to shopping and restaurants

Missed breakfast but the area was very clean. I also liked that they had a water and coffee station setup at the check in desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have always stayed at la Quinta motels and I was disappointed in this one

stale dog poop on carpet in room had bee there for awhile, ac in room didn’t work, asked front desk for extra towels and got told they didn’t have any extra, wasn’t enough soap and shampoo for the amount of people we had asking for more seemed to inconvenience the front desk. walking down the hall to our room you could smell that someone had been smoking a lot. bed was very hard and uncomfortable and pillows were worn out.

Made our trip longer and more stressful.

. She was rude and very short with us.

Laundry appliances did not work and staff did nothing about it. Had yo run 1load 4 times to get it dry. Staff offered no help or refund. We left with wet clothes . Had to find a laundromat to dry our clothes. When we check in the desk clerk was not welcoming at all.

once we began to check out, we asked for our copy of our driver's license back. The late-night receptionist told all 7 of us individually that we couldn't get our copies back, with an attitude. I firmly, but respectfully stated that I was a member of the rewards program for Hilton, IHG, Laquinta and many more hotel groups. They never requested to make a copy of and maintain a copy of my driver's license on file for 30 days. Totally unheard of!!!
