Front desk help was excellent. Nice quiet a/c.
Shower stainless drain cover was loose and sliding around during shower-needs to be re-attached.

No enough parking for disabled. Had to park further than I wanted too.

The location was good and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable.
Our AC didn’t work in our room. I called the front desk and he said he’d send someone to look at it. At 8:00 at night. I said I just wanted to change rooms. He said we needed to bring all of our stuff down to the lobby and we’d get another room. I had to say no we’ll bring the key and get another key, we ended up just moving one room over. We got to the new room, the tv wouldn’t come on, after we finally got it on by pushing buttons on the TV there was no sound. We gave up and went to bed. The next morning while fixing our breakfast the cereal dispenser dumped half of the cereal out on the cabinet. It seems there needs to be some maintenance and upkeep done.

The closeness to the event.
There were stains on the bedspread, floor and air-conditioner. We were in a hurry to attend an event, so I didn't have time to say anything or wait for anything to be done
