Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Shuttle from the airport was quick and staff was very friendly.

Location and easy access.
Cleaning staff was loud in the hallway on morning of check out. Check out is 11 am and we were sleeping in. Unfortunately, the disruption woke us up earlier than planned.

Staff was exceedingly patient with me & my needs, which were frequent. I observed interactions with other guests checking in, and saw that this was typical of the staff.
I was only there for one night, but didn't dislike anything. I have long experience in the hospitality industry & was prepared to mentally note what could be done better. My only problem was the app required to use the guest washing machine - this was resolved by getting quarters at the front desk.

Breakfast was simple but ok
It would have been nice to have better beds/pillows. Also a pool with hot tub would have been nice
