Location
Why are you asked if you want your beds made (and you say yes) do they knock at 5 pm and ask if you need your room done?? That would’ve been nice anytime between 10 and 4 but not 5 when I’m getting ready

Close to family
Room is not maintained. Bathroom wall is peeling, towel rack is rusted. Not enough outlets. Can’t plug in more than one thing next to the beds even though there are 2 outlets, set up is wrong.

The associates were great. The breakfast worker was very attentive
The whole hotel was damp. I really think something is wrong with the air conditioning. My clothes were moist because the humidity was so high in the hotel. Very strange.
