Wonderful staff but did not like room configuration.

Breakfast was good. Location very good. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Layout of room is terrible. Sink is in the hallway. No privacy. No sink in toilet room. Large tv screen on top of desk area.

Friendly place to stay, but lacks attention to booking details.

Breakfast was very basic, with a reasonable selection, but nothing very attractive. Coffee was plentiful but weak. Staff was responsive after the first night in getting all-cottoN bedding. staff was always cheerful and helpful.

We requested no feather or down bedding due to allergies, but had to have blankets and pillows changed after the first night. A plumbing problem caused the hallway to smell putrid for 2 days, making the room difficult to be in. The heater made a loud roaring compressor noise. The room thermostat was not calibrated well; took some fiddling to get a reasonable room temp.
