Great pool and spa areas. Nice to have a grill and full kitchen available.

Water pressure in the shower way to low. Main cooling system didn’t work.

The staff are very responsive, helpful, friendly, courteous, and eager to please and represent the brand very well.

One interaction with a staff member. I spoke to someone at the front desk and they were very nice and we were able to work out a solution.

Wonderful location—across the street from the Bay and several restaurants within walking distance

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property

The location was good in relation to Birch Bay, but the description said waterfront and it's across the street. The room was very clean and adequately supplied.

The description intimated it was waterfront balcony with water view. It was not even on the front of the building, it was on the side facing the building next door which was so close I could not only see in the unit next door I could hear every word they said until I had to close my window. The problem is there is not A/C and when it's warm you need an open window. The parking lot was the only other thing you could see. The unit was not the one in the picture we saw on line because the fireplace and murphy bed were in completely different places. That's misleading and dissappointing. There was a lot of constuction going on but they did warn us ahead of time about the noise but, the fact we were out most of the day kept it from being a problem. I also had no idea it was a time share and would have discounts dangled but only if you go to their meetings. I will say he wasn't annoyingly persistant after I refused the invite. The office staff was very nice.
