Love the lakefront access, especially the ground floor units where you can walk right out on the lawn

Rooms are roomy, clean and nice view. i love that the the lake is across from the hotel.
more elevators to go down to the outdoor pool and other suites nearby, it’s hard when you have kids in strollers/wagon

Beautiful view from the room, and lots of fun birds to watch. The suite looked as pictured and was nice and clean. It provided a decent sized mini fridge that fit 3 days of food and beverages well. Continental breakfast was great! And hotel is very close to the beach.
The bed was absolutely HORRIBLE and not worth the price we paid. It felt like someone took off the mattress and left the box spring underneath to sleep on. No cushion at all and there were big ruts in it where you could see the years of people sleeping on it before. We both have back issues and we ended up having to take the memory foam fold-out mattress off the couch and put it on the bed just so we could sleep. Otherwise we probably would not have gotten any sleep at all for the three nights we booked. I don’t feel the room was worth the price we paid, mostly because of the mattress and distance from town, even though it was pleasant otherwise and clean. The inside pool didn’t feel heated and was cold so we didn’t even get to swim while we were there. And both the hot tubs are outside. We would’ve loved to use the hot tub, and it was open, but the weather was too cold and windy to want to try that outside.
