I love the balcony and lake view. The rooms were spacious and comfy.
Paying right when you get to the hotel instead of once you check out.

We liked the spacious room! It was clean and looked exactly as represented online. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the little balcony and view over the pond. Our deck was clean and not the least bit worrisome.
No frills. No restaurant, workout space or pool. Which was ok with us …. There were plenty of dining options nearby. We walked at the Dunes.

The location was the reason we chose this hotel.
The rooms looked great online, but that was not the reality. We weren't even sure the bed had been changed out!. The bathroom was gross with mold and someone's beard material behind the faucet. Also, what is up with stacking guest when there are many rooms available?! We got to listen to kids jumping around d above us until 9:30 PM.
