Very nice hotel, conveniently located with an excellent staff. The breakfast every day was fresh, and well stocked.

Room was great but no water bottles were provided.
Breakfast had many choices but no hot oatmeal.
Front desk was very nice to change our room to first floor.
No pets is a great policy.
Some fruits would be great at breakfast,

The blonde at the front desk, I think her name is Chelsey? She was super helpful and very pleasant.
The side guest entrances didn't work all the time. Lighting in the room could be better. The outlets on the bedside table sparked when you plugged something in and were so old that everything would fall out.
Management needed to be more strict with the teens that were loud and banging on other guests doors then running down the hall. It was after midnight.
