stay for 1 night and everything was fine in my room, but the breakfast needs to get better.

location and front lobby

breakfast was not the best, i know there was a lot of people, but it wasn't tasting the best. the eggs were not good at all, and the bacon looked raw.

The bathrooms were nice.

The property was NOT as described on the website. There were no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms, ice was only available on two floors; breakfast bordered on pathetic with minimal selection & the staff couldn’t have cared less; there was no plastic ware available or cups for the juice; while the staff member Sat & watched, we went into the cabinets and found these things; even asking for the coffee to be replenished seemed to be asking for the world; the front desk staff hid behind the wall only coming out after long waits - while you could hear them laughing in the back; they also were not dressed professionally at all; while the sign indicated that there was a happy hour, there was none. On Sunday AM, no breakfast was served at all. (See photo). The young man who was working maintenance was the only staff member who appeared to work.

Need more staffing and keep up supplies.

Great location

The breakfast was a joke. No milk for the cereal and no bowls either. They ran out of eggs on Saturday. Coffee pot was almost always empty. The poor lady serving breakfast was running all over trying to help people. We ended up going somewhere else to eat.

Hotel ok, Personal im Frühstücksraum gelangweilt und ohne Interesse.

Das Personal im Frühstücksraum hat sich mehr um sich selbst als um die Gäste und das Frühstück gekümmert. Jeden Morgen fehlte etwas und man musste bitten, das es nachgeliefert wird. Die Tische waren jeden Morgen schmutzig und mussten von den Gästen gesäubert werden. Der große Mülleimer quoll über, weil er wohl länger nicht geleert wurde. Das Personal machten einen insgesamt gelangweilten und desinteressierten Eindruck.

The water pressure in the shower of our first room (we had to be moved 3 times and 1 room had good water pressure)

They put us in a room, knowing the AC didn't work. We called down, and they moved us to a downgraded room. This room had no towels and was very filthy looking. The next day, they moved us back to a new suite, and the ac was stuck on 57, so super cold. The customer service was insanely awful. You'd have to wait at the front desk for at least 10 min for someone to finally come help. Sometimes, we would just have to leave because even after 10 min, no one would come. The breakfast was disgusting, and the room it was in was filthy. Food was stale and gross. The hotel itself was so dirty looking. We ended up canceling the rest of our nights and staying at a different hotel. It was by far the worst hotel experience that I've ever had.

Hotel worked fine for us because of its location.

Downtown location was good for us. Free, on-site parking was great.

The bed was super uncomfortable; dipped on both sides and clearly needed to be replaced. Walls are thin; no fridge or microwave; lamp would not turn on (had three bulbs so i don't think that was the problem, but maybe so). Check-in went fine, but we noticed during our stay that the front desk was often unoccupied. In-room coffee had not been stocked, and downstairs coffee pot was empty at 7 a.m. Breakfast room was depressing with its quite old and dirty chairs. Breakfast was passable (green bananas, the only fruit available, are not ok). And if you are not going to offer daily housekeeping as standard practice, please make sure coffee is stocked and that there are a few extra towels. Hotel rooms are expensive these days; please provide the basics.

Location was great and overall hotel atmosphere was very clean and modern.

The breakfast room was not clean and almost all the items were gone by the time we came down.

Room was not very clean. Room had bad odor and so did hallways. no housekeeping. Had breakfast and food was awful. Hot water had stuff floating in it. Milk was spoiled.

Got bed bugs bites on my neck and arm. So now afraid of bringing it home and infesting it.

You get what you pay for.

The hotel's location is good, adjacent to the State Capitol, it has a large free parking lot and the public spaces are clean and relatively well furnished and modern.

The bedroom was tired and needed updating, although the bed was more comfortable than it looked. The over bath shower was at best adequate. The free breakfast was rather poorer than the offerings of rival chains such as Hampton Inns and, despite a well stocked cereal selection "we got no milk".

honestly would stay here again because live the city but think some issues need to be tended to

lovely and large rooms

my Father in Law got locked out going to his car early in the morning. Saw one staff person sitting and smoking outside near front entrance. Grounds needed some litter clean up. whomever was watering the plants inside over watered and saw pools of water on the floor.
