This was an excellent stay!!! Loved the hot tub and pool. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was great!!!

The breakfast only had two hot items every day. Eggs and bacon/sausage.
Other than that there was the usual assortment of breads, cereal, oatmeal and the usual waffle maker. No fresh fruit.
Coffee was decent. Staff was generally on top of things in the breakfast room.
Unfortunately, this hotel uses polyester sheets rather than cotton. This makes for hot sleeping. We couldn't use the back door for entry because the card reader hadn't been working for some time apparently and had not yet been replaced. This should be a priority. The hottub was being worked on during our visit but it looks like it's getting a really good rehab. We had a cricket get in our room somehow and lodged itself under some furniture. Of course once the lights are out, it chirped it's little heart out. Probably need to seal up the windows and a/c better to avoid insects.

The staff were great and very helpful but I would never and I mean never book through booking.com again and neither will my friends or family
Bedsides the bugs, We missed out staying with family because we booked with booking.com. Our family booked at the other comfort hotel. We had gone to our grandsons race at the AFT Springfield Mile. We missed out on good family time. We had about 67 family members from all over the United states that came to watch our grandson and we had to be the odd man out because we could not transfer our hotel to the other hotel
