This was a great little hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly an attentive. The room was comfy with plenty of great pillows. I chatted with Amanda (Maybe Amber, I am sorry, I don't remember) at the managers reception. She was really great. She told me about where to visit and what to do in town. We had a really nice conversation and she really made me feel welcome and that they cared I was there. Would definitely stay again!

The location is great. Close to the freeway. Close to places to eat dinner. Breakfast was excellent. Real eggs that were scrambled. Fresh made pancakes. Biscuits and gravy. Plus plenty more. If you like a nice breakfast, you cannot go wrong. The Hot Tub jets were not working. Disappointed on that. I always like to go into the hot tub a few times each night. But not this time. Not the same without jets.

The pull out couches in the room are not sleepable the mattress was paper thin and ants was found in my room and my sisters we had the suites also house keeping did not come to our room not once in the 3 days we was there and no we did not have the DND sign out front ! The pool was amazing my kids loved it … the free breakfast in the morning was ok but was very busy and food did not stayed stocked the hotel staff at the from desk was very nice and was close to everything we planned to do while there

We absolutely loved our stay! There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The pool & hot tub was the silver lining for all of us! Breakfast, service, & cleanliness was great! The cleaning staff even helped me out tremendously by giving me a large trash bag to transport our wet swimsuits on the long drive home. She really was super sweet & I still say she is an Angel!

The beds in the room were surprisingly comfortable and the suite size was great. The pull out sofa was super uncomfortable and the sheets we were given to use for it were still damp. The indoor pool was small but enough for kids. Breakfast wasn’t great.

The only reason we booked this was for the hot tub and pool. The spa was disgusting and filthy. We got a half hearted sorry. The water was dark and the area around the surround was filthy.

The hotel was fine for the price but not expect quick service at the front desk. The breakfast was terrible.

While our room was at least clean, the breakfast was tolerable, rest of our experience was horrible. When we arrive around 7 p.m. the lobby is filled with children/teenagers running all over while their parents sat obliviously in the breakfast room. While we were checking in, we were told the elevator was inoperable until at least the following Wednesday, meaning we had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs (my husband and I are in our 60s. There was no mention of the broken elevator in your description. If we had not booked the $210 nonrefundable stay, I would have canceled immediately. It was a freezing cold night and since our room was directly across from the stairwell, when the door opened to the stairs, the outside exit stairway door was froze OPEN, so not only was minus12 degree cold air was blowing up the stairwell all night, but anyone could come in, as it was not secure! Kids were running up and down the stairs chasing each other until around 11 p.m. During the night when the heat would click off, we woke up several times with a cold draft blowing over the bed because it had come into our room under our door! I definitely would not recommend this hotel. I definitely deserve a refund.

Hotel room was very dirty and out of date. The toilet would spray water out of the side every time someone would flush it. The breakfast was really bad.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was large and clean. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. The staff was very friendly. They have a manager’s reception Monday through Thursday and offer free drinks. The breakfast had many choices including REAL eggs.

The property was located in a great area near dining and shopping options. I was traveling with kids so the pool and hot tub were the absolute favorite!

The elevator was out of service for construction. This wasn’t listed on the booking. It wouldn’t have been a huge deal, but according to the employee working the desk, all of the housekeepers were off due to the holiday so the only rooms available were on the third floor. Herded 3 kids under the age of 10 and 3 bags up 3 flights of stairs to the room. There was no apology, offer for reduced rate or other accommodations…I wonder what it would have been like if I needed an accessible room. Overall, the room and lobby were clean and quiet.

The hotel is just average nothing over the top or extremely bad. Just a so-so experience. Front desk was friendly. The walls were thin and neighbors were loud. Walked in on a guest screaming over the balcony about the noise. Yikes!!

I stay at this hotel at least 1-2 times per year when visiting family. It’s consistently clean, comfortable, and has friendly, helpful staff. This visit, the elevator was out of order, which has not happened before. The front desk staff were able to get us a room on the first floor so we didn’t have to take our baggage up any stairs. We GREATLY appreciated that since we had several boxes of presents for our family.

It was amazong to be have food available in the lobby in the evening. It wasn't elaborate but it was fresh. There was a guitar player and people sitting around tallking and having a good time. It ws a lovely atosphere.
