Very nice, large comfortable clean room. Convenient access to parking lot. Close to shopping, restaurants and walking trail nearby
Check in process was a little odd. We had to wait for someone to arrive, without much explanation.

The room was comfy and cool, quiet. It was easy to get in and out of Hotel, but a long way to breakfast!
The breakfast was awful, the eggs were hard & dry, and not enough fresh fruits, or pastries. The kitchen help was angry and not smiling or helpful...they locked us in at 9 a.m. sharp!! Not friendly enough , in my opinion for such a big hotel!

Nice rooms, clean, common space was very convenient for our large group to be together. Pool was nice. Lots of parking.
Very confusing to find lobby for check in. The breakfast was horrendous - was nervous to feed it to my kids in terms of safety of food/cooked all the way, freshness. Staff was unfriendly to many guests in common area at 10pm on a Saturday night. They closed the completely open lobby/common area and forced everyone to leave - for the price of the rooms it was very disappointing that we were unable to sit and play cards at tables that were not disrupting guests nor in an area that needed to be locked up. They did not seem to care about the guests at all.

It was clean and conveniently located to major roads, places to eat, and shopping.
The tv in our initial room was broken, so they “upgraded” us to a pool view room which had a tv but no remote. The hotel itself is dated and somewhat dark. The photos online felt misleading once there in person.
