It was OK

Breakfast was a little weak. Overall it was good but we only spent 10 hours in that hotel.

Great!

The room was big and roomy. Beds were comfy and it was clean.

The pool was down and the parking lot was so crowded because of the restaurant next door.

It was wonderful.

Love the variety of the breakfast every morning with new menus and it well stocked. The kids loves the strawberries waffle. Room clean and smells nice as you walked in the main lobby and all the way to our room. All The staff are helpful nice and friendly. Beds and pillows are comfy. Thank you comfort inn. We will definitely come back!!

Came for swim meet and my kids will always bring wet towels and wet parkas and we need them dry quick before evening Finals meet . however they can dry it out for us . Thank you so much. I just wish they have self service laundry :) so I don’t have to bother them.

I won’t stay there again!

The staff is wonderful. My carpet was dirty and the room was so humid and smelled like cigarette smoke. You could see out into the hall through sides of the door… and anyone could come in the building through any door at any time. I did not feel very safe. Also, the location is horrible. It’s right on the main street and traffic is so bad that you cannot pull out of the hotel without risking your life!!!

The terrible male desk clerk and the awful female manager.

The hotel was very clean, and the cleaning staff was excellent,

When I booked my room I requested a King room on the first floor close to the exit. The room was confirmed by email stating that everything that I requested would be granted. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that there were no rooms on the first floor, I was given a room on the second floor and when my wife and I opened the door the room was a double room with queen beds. I immediately called the front desk and spoke with a female, I told her that I had paid for a single king room and she rudely said to me if I didn't like the room that I needed to contact booking.com and get my money back. A few minutes later a man came to the second floor where we were and gave us a key card to a king room. I was forced to walk the long distance from my room to the elevator and the same long distance when I got to the first floor. I explained when I made my reservation that it was very hard for me to walk any distance, I had already paid for my stay and I had confirmation that everything that I requested would be granted. Apparently, my room was given to someone else, I was also told by the female that said she was a general manager that booking.com don't dictate to her what to do.

I will not be recommending this location or hotel due to the issues stated.

Cleanliness was satisfactory.

When I arrived I was told my room was given to another family with the same last. The room I paid for vs the I ended with was very disappointing. No monetary exceptions were made. I did NOT get what I paid for. Also during breakfast the next morning, the buffet was out of some food items at 8 am before my family was able to eat.

The Comfort Inn of Ft Smith was comfortable, clean and affordable. Great location that we will visit again on our next

loved the room layout, small living area and coffee bar with microwave and refrigerator separated from the bed area

The staff said breakfast served until 10 am, but the two occasions we tried to eat at 9:30, the foods were gone except for dry cereal, yogurt and fruit, and the juice machine was “closed.”
