Disappointed

Seemed like a hotel that rented rooms by the hour

I noticed in the morning that the fire alarm had a plastic bag wrapped around it. Room was not very clean

Great stay!

Friendly staff, nice comfy room, felt secure as the car park and accommodation is all behind a fence (required a code to open gate). Also the breakfast was very good - best we've had in the 2 weeks of travelling around Oregon and Florida. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Room a bit dark, even with all the lights on. The area the hotel is in is a bit run-down looking, but nothing much they can do about that. We had no problems anyway, and we did walk out a bit to find a restaurant for the evening (Pachanga Mexicana - which was excellent by the way)

The employees were excellent. Some of the nicest people I've ever met. Beyond helpful.

Would stay there again.

Breakfast was ok. Walfels on sat/sun was a big hit with the kiddos. Location was perfect as we were drag racing at nearby Samoa. The pool was fairly warm and pretty clean.

Our room key demagnitized twice.

Long Stay

The pros: free gated parking, friendly staff, and a quick check in process. The room was clean and looks like some maintenance has been recently taken care of. We were in the pet friendly part no yucky smells.. The beds were comfortable and had 4 pillows each (queen beds.) The breakfast was good. The dining area was overall clean. The indoor pool was ok. The water was clean, not over chlorinated. Check out was fast and simple.

Overall I felt like this hotel was on its way back from a little deferred maintenance. It was within what could be expected from this price point but could very easily slip into disappointment. The breakfast while good was the same everyday and there really has to be a better way to serve the country gravy.

Nothing fancy but met the need.

Front desk staff was pleasant.

Lillies in the lobby was probably not the right choice. They looked beautiful, but the odor was over whelming and repulsive. “Breakfast” was mediocre.

Extremely kind and helpful staff, safe and clean facilities, will stay again.

Super comfy beds. Big filling fabulous breakfast for picky eaters.

The gym was small, some equipment broken. The pool needed to be closed after a different guest ruined it for everyone.

Keep driving.

I requested a top floor with minimal noise possibilities and hardwood floors. I was accommodated on both.

I was startled by a transient near my door in the late evening hours. The lack of security and unsecured parking areas.

Really good breakfast options, super comfy king beds, great linen too

Really good breakfast options, staff on it to keep it stocked up. Pool is heated. Parking is secured via key pad entry. Most comfy beds I've slept on to date for a hotel, 100%

Didn't like the coffee station and ice bucket in bathroom, so I removed them to common area away from heavy germs area (thought this was common practice? )

Perfect Location, room with a view!

Hotel was close to the Pier. Used Uber to get everywhere. Very close to the Full house house!

We had a very comfortable stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. It also provided a good hot breakfast.

The location didn’t seem to be in the best part of town, but we had no problems.

A good place to stay for a short vacation. Good cost performance and pleasant.

good location and secure if you have a car. staff was helpful. breakfast wasn’t bad and included.

I noticed that the phones had some food on it and hadn’t been cleaned. it made me wonder what else hadn’t been cleaned. in fairness everything else looked just fine.

Superb

Friendly staff got us connected to rooms even before I asked for it. Rooms were clean and odor-free. Beds were comfy. Parking lot is gated. Breakfast included.

Washroom ventilation fan was super loud.

A nice and safe hotel

After reading many reviews, we decided to book a room in this hotel. It was clean, big enough and we felt secure because the only way to get into the hotel was with the key card or to the lobby, and to get the car into the parking lot you needed a code. There is a variety of food where you can choose for breakfast.

Staff are not customer-focused, to the extent of being rather dismissive. To crown it all, there was an incident involving exposure of personal data after using the facility's outdated method of payment.
