It was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff were awesome helping us solve a booking issue.
No elevator and the only way to have a no pet room was upstairs. Breakfast was a joke. They offered muffins and coffee but only had chocolate chip muffins and no other options. It was portrayed to have breakfast so I expected at least yogurt or fruit.

Towels were monitored and hard to get. Property is older right on highway in town (very convenient for train and beautiful park on the river). Recommend for a) price (on site, NOT hotels.com) and b) access to sights.

The front desk staff was super helpful. I had booked this trip from booking.com (will never use a third party). The night shift staff that evening did everything to help, he went above and beyond. He talked with booking.com many times. I ended up on the phone for 3 hours with booking.com and this staff was there helping me out till the end. I don’t remember your name sir, but if you see this, Iam so thankful to you.
