The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good (included scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles).
The mattresses were a bit squishy for my taste.

The location was great. There was plenty of parking. The room was nice and clean. The staff was wonderful. There was a nice breakfast spread.
The guest laundry was broken. We were there for a softball tournament. So, that created a little challenge. Separately, items at the back of the fridge became frozen but the front was cold as expected.

Front desk staff was great. Went above and beyond to help. Rooms are fairly large.
The hotel is an older building and could use a refresh. It is not close to the University or downtown Fort Collins. There is daily housekeeping but they don't make the beds. At around $150 per night when I stayed, it was overpriced.
