Pésimas condiciones para descansar y relajarse

Deterioro baños, pisos, puerta de entrada sucia, la cerradura no bloquean completamente, el aire acondicionado suena mucho, el TV está por debajo del nivel de la cama, el toilet consume mucha agua, a parte tiene que descargar dos veces para que se lleve lo sucio, la ducha da asco

Don't Stay Here.

Mattresses were comfortable.

Lights outside didn't work. The hotel is worn down. Roach in the bathroom. Smelled of weed. The shower was all busted up.

I will never stay there again

Rooms could use more furniture, garbage pails, door locks did not work, and whatever they use to deodorize the room was horribly strong and pungent. The room needed to be repainted walls patched and black mold removed from the ceiling in the bathroom. there were no extra sheets for the bed they fell off during the night and no room service came to clean the room after the first night

Passable

The front desk team was courteous. The parking was convenient. Our room overlooked a lake but there was trash on its shores. We did see a beautiful blue heron making the best of the dirty lake.

The floors in the breakfast area and the hallways were sticky. It must be the cleaning solution that should be changed. The carpets in the hallways were stained badly. They should be cleaned or replaced. The sheets were stained on our bed. Hire a cleaning expert for the entire facility and keep them on board. This will revolutionize your business. You can call them the Quality Wizard of Clean. Do it! It will be well worth the investment. Good luck!

That I asked for my TV in my room to be fixed because it would just shut off. Nobody never fixed it or put a new one in my room. I was and am upset about that.

The hotel was dirty. It didn’t give me a safe comfortable vibe. There were sketchy people hanging out in the hotel. There were cock roaches running up walls.The shower didn’t work .

Worst hotel night ever. Requesting a full refund. Hotel should be closed!

Chosen for location.

Horrible, smelly, dirty rooms that were not maintained. Carpets not vacuumed, hairs in bathroom, cracked sink, damaged walls. Asked for another room as first room reeked of cigarette smoke. Loud arguments happening in the middle of night outside our door. Breakfast area was unsightly, dirty and we daren’t touch anything for fear of food poisoning. Police were there dealing with addict who was helping himself to the breakfast.

Noisy, everything so old and 🤢 was even scary walking to the room . And even worse walking to the parking lot , they took a $100 dollar refundable deposit and still they haven’t returned back to my card .cigarettes smells all over .

I got what I paid for, but probably wouldn’t stay again.

It was decently cheap.

You paid for what you got. The sink didn’t work properly, the bathroom door didn’t close because one of the hinges was ripped out of the wall, room service didn’t clean the room, the furniture was stained and the staff weren’t friendly but they weren’t unfriendly either, they were just kind of there.

Definitely need renovation doors on rooms are old looks like a homeless shelter hallways smell like weed had somebody leave a note on my car asking for drugs checked out after the first night windows are filthy curtains need to be replaced bathrooms need a upgrade toilets finish peeling off inside toilet shower curtains are filthy didn’t feel safe staying there construction noise at 1am in the morning complained to the front desk during check out was told I’d get a refund for 2nd night that never happened would never stay there again
