Location can’t be beat! Walk to everything in Winter Park. Bed comfy and room clean.
Bathroom a little small, paint peeling off tile.

The location and staff are exceptional.
With the exception of the bathroom and bedding it was very dirty-as in neglected.
The first thing I noticed when I arrived was the dirty carpet smell and appearance. There were dust bunnies all over (corners, behind bed frame, along all baseboards etc.).
Mold growing on pvc leading to the AC unit.
The furniture was delightfully old but sadly chipped and in need of polish or paint.
Honestly, it was the condition in which I would have expected a budget hotel in a marginal neighborhood.

"Hotel is very quaint. Location is stellar, staff is wonderful, balcony MADE our stay! The beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean. The fact that it is a smaller hotel also was lovely!"
