The staff is super friendly, The location is very convenient just a block from the MARTA to the airport and other parts of Atlanta. The hotel is pretty old but clean. The price I paid for the room (less than 100$ per night) was good value.

The location was perfect for me, close to the MARTA station, close to the Congress Center. It had everything I needed for the conference, (clean) room and even breakfast.

Location was brilliant, easy access to downtown and sport facilities. Transport links also really close.

The room and location was the only decent part of our stay.
Hallways smell terrible, like straight old lady smell. Dirty carpets and the walls and ceiling are all cracked and makes you feel like you’re staying at a horror place
