Clean rooms, nice staff
Breakfast was cold cereal or waffles... A bit disappointed for no eggs or gravy ... The water pressure was a bit low as well

The staff were friendly and efficient.
The room was clean but the hall and levator were not the cleanest. Also drinks were only available in a vending machine and it was basically empty and ice was only available on the first floor of the 3 floor hotel.

Good location very friendly staff.
Room was very musty. I know Iowa has had lots of humidity, so I am sure that is why. Rates were a bit high cause of the Iowa game in town.
