This property was filthy. The room was disgustingly dirty. Food left on the floor, carpet not cleaned. Complained, given different room. Same thing. Front desk proceeded to look for a clean room for over an hour late at night and never found one. I finally looked for the individual to figure out what they were going to do but they were only going to comp our room. We chose to depart the hotel, cancel reservations.

Still have not received my refund due the management not acknowledging booking.com’s e-mail request. I will ensure I leave a negative review elsewhere.

beds are super comfortable and breakfast was really good.

The pool needs an update. Lots of cracked tiles and bottom needs to be painted. Looked really dirty but I think it was just worn off paint. The bathroom faucet was asque and parts of the tub had patches where the paint was worn off. Some of the towels were a little dirty. Not bleached enough.
