Decent breakfast. Good staff. Easy access to travel. Room size was fantastic! It stayed relatively cool.
The refrigerator could be larger. With the larger fridge could be an actual freezer. Lack of a shower curtain until we said something was a challenge. Humidity got to be a bit much, as the floor got wet easily from the air conditioner.

My daughter won a first place ribbon at Iowa State fair and when her brother got into the car it must have blown out. She was so upset we couldn’t find it when we parked. I called and the staff that answered the phone went and looked under the overhang and located it. It was in our room when we arrived that evening. We really appreciated her above and beyond performance.
Some dust in room. Also our room was advertised as a king with 2 twins. It was actually two twin frames with a full/queen mattress on top. We really needed the 2 single twin beds so that was disappointing. Unable to ask for extra linen unless you do a form a day ahead of time. Also we only had 4 Kleenexes in the Kleenex box in our bathroom and I had to wait for about 1/2 hour to ask a front desk staff for a box. Most hotels I have been at always has staff at the front desk to help guests.

The breakfast was very good and the staff there were courteous and pleasant.
The registration desk personnel. We were told there would be a $40 a day charge for our 8-pound maltese pup. The website mentioned the charge was $7.99 a day charge. The night manager said we would the $40 back after an inspection of our room at checkout. When we were leaving, the day manager said the charge was not refundable and the charge was not a damage deposit but a charge for having a pet. I just hate being lied to!
