Hotel is clean and welcoming.
Breakfast was hot and quite good. Coffee was a little stout, but I’m a coffee snob, so no need to consider it a negative review.
Room was very clean and bed was comfortable
Environment both in and outside was quiet so I slept very well
I enjoyed having the couch in the room so that family and I could get together in the evenings to visit. Cedar Falls is a quaint place and I enjoyed my time.

The property was clean and well kept
A little further away from some restaurants, but not a problem at all
