Price, location, friendy staff, comfortable room. Many antique shops and restaurants are close.

Quiet, comfortable, climate controlled room. Friendy and hospitable staff. Easy parking, nearby restaurants. My wife and I will be returning.
Not a dislike, but breakfast was a little anemic. Very few choices. Highlight was waffles. I never liked waffles might have biased me somewhat.

The breakfast was simple, but adequate.
We hoped to check in an hour early, but didn‘t want to pay the extra charge, so we did not check in early.

The location is great. The staff were nice and friendly.
Investing in white linen and towels would be a great upgrade here. And washing the white comforters occasionally would be great.
The breakfast is somewhat decent.
The mini fridge hummed all the time.
