Disappointing

Long list: Ice machine was broken, not enough towels, front desk slow to respond, room not that clean and more. Breakfast "sausages" were gray in color--undercooked, I suppose.

I enjoyed my stay and the hotel location was great.

The breakfast was good. They did run out of bacon half an hour before the end of breakfast. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The hallways were not air conditioned and were much to warm.

My stay was enjoyable

The girl at the front desk was very nice because the hotel was on a frontage road she told me a different way to get back onto route 30 she gave me information on places to eat and when I checked out the lady was also very nice I would stay there again. The breakfast was great there was a plenty of food

I had a great stay - I enjoyed chatting with the staff. Nice people.

It was close to the business I had to attend to on Saturday.

Nothing. The only problem was a leak i the room above which softened the ceiling sheet rock in the bathroom, and was beginning to collapse. I just happened to be standing under it when a piece of dissolved sheet rock mud dropped on the back of my head, and shirt! Quite entertaining; reminded me of how much I hate plastering sheet rock!

Nice clean hotel - good bargain for the price.

it’s an older hotel, but it’s been kept up well and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

it was very loud. No buffer between rooms, in the hallway, or with the floor above us.

We will likely come back

We just needed a place to sleep for a night- the beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet.

The "hot" breakfast items weren't very hot

The fact that I'm gonna risk I broke down on the side of the road and I was gonna check in the true Hilton and service And the lady that was at the service counter was rabbit rude and was constantly on her cellphone non professional so I've seen confident confident from the door And I went to confident to stay on it and I was happy I did very good service very good staff and the amenities are great thank you so much

Mostly everything was fine

The only full day we had, the pool was locked for maintenance morning and evening, but I found out after complaining that this was a mistake and someone forgot to open it. It was too late to enjoy the pool that day.

Don’t do it!

Breakfast was fine and the employee who checked us in was nice.

Overall, the facility was awful. We found a bug in our bed and roach traps under the sink. There was also another bug we found in the sink- I think it may have been a flea. The elevator was broken. Place smelled musty and dirty. The shower drain was slow, dirty and I had to remove a clump of hair from the last guest - which I found by the drain. One side of parking lot was pitch black and we needed to use our flashlights to bring in our things. The room phone was broken and when we called from our cell phone, staff wasn’t friendly and said we would need to come to the front desk if we needed more towels. We were there 2 nights and spent almost $500 - as there were no alternatives. Lesson learned.
