Comfortable beds, clean room, decent size fridge, great breakfast, good pool... Great stay overall! Just a few minor issues: only 3 sets of towels in a room with 2 queen beds (booked for 4) and no housekeeping service for a 2 night stay, but I requested and promptly received 2 more sets at reception; our key card didn't work when we got back the 2nd day of our stay, but promptly fixed at reception; orange juice was out of order both days at breakfast.

My check in time was for 3pm. I arrived at 4:36pm to find out they did NOT have a room ready for me. I asked when my room would be ready, they didn’t know for certain but told me they could only put me on third floor without a working elevator! Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience so there I was with three small children, our family Labradoodle and luggage. I said, this is all way to much so they then offered to refund my room but reminded me it was going to be a big favor because I was past my 24 hour cancellation. That’s when I got loud stating “so you’re telling me you do NOT have a room ready for me as I stood here one hour and 36 minutes past my check in time, you’re not sure when my room will be ready but when it is I have to climb three flights of stairs with three small children, a dog & luggage and no one even called me???Guess what, I got upset & loud the manager refused to refund my card. I stormed out and ended up down the road at the Hampton Inn with an extremely kind & accommodating staff in an extremely clean room with a lovely indoor pool for my children. I’m still blown away with the unapologetic poor management at the Best Western and will never again try to stay at one of their establishments across the country.

Loved the whole place! The staff were friendly and helpful. Patty even went out of her way to help me with lighting. The whole place was clean and comfortable. What I really liked was the bathroom, because it had hand rails in the tub . Having trouble with my legs , so the rails were a big help. Will definitely stay here again

My stay went ok except when I told the front desk that the trash in the foyer was stinking really bad he said it wasn't his job so I had to smell nasty trash all night I was really upset about it

Breakfast was decent, room size and amenities are good. Main floor mens bathroom urinal was out of order for the day, clerk didn’t bother to provide the big towels for the pool, bathroom floor tiles were broken, shower gel and shampoos were minimal and when asked to give more, we just received one. This is a Christmas Eve, so the hotel was quite, which was good. Cleanliness in the room and loung were good.

Entered the hotel and was informed the elevator was out of service, and we would be on the second floor. We entered the room to find sour gummy worms sitting at various places throughout the room ( on top of the mirror, tvs, etc). The tile flooring in the bathroom was loose and the floor underneath felt spongy. The tub would not drain, and when we went to call the front desk we discovered that the phone was not connected to the wall and was missing buttons. The young man at the front desk was new, but was extremely helpful. Once we walked down the stairs to get help with the tub, he came right away and was able to plunge it. We were concerned breakfast would not be good, but that was quite good. We did question if the waffle mix was OK because we noticed dark chunks in it. Turns out the advertised "original" waffle batter was birthday cake batter with sprinkles.

Upon check in the front desk system was down, the elevator was out and I had to carry my 50lb suite case up two flights of stairs. My stay was for 4 nights and no one cleaned the room while there and had to track down towels myself. Also, there was no lights in the parking lot.

A few minor negatives, gym equipment had issues even after we asked for assistance. Shower had great pressure but not temperature. I have stayed here previously and it is quiet with great parking. I also love the beds and it is very clean. I would stay again no question! The positives outweigh the negatives absolutely!

The property was so loud. Music was going all night. The floor above us sounded like it was coming down. Had to pay $30 to check in an hour early just for maitance to walk right in our room because they didn't know someone was in there. We had to go down and get the blankets for the pull out couch. Things were broken, linens were dirty. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Family Getaway for a local pickleball tourney. Excellent property with a warm, indoor pool. Beds were excellent but rooms bathroom tile is loose and several areas of paint chipping away throughout the room but everything was clean which is most important. Staff was great. Breakfast had a huge selection with options which was very, very nice.

The staff was WONDERFUL so warm and welcoming , and the room was very spacious and beautiful . However there are parts of it that was a little dirty , behind the end tables on the bed there was a lot of dust / dirt and hair ties , however it’s not noticeable unless you were plugging in a charger to the wall and you had to look behind it. This was not a huge thing in my opinion , because the stay itself was just wonderful . The bed was super comfy , the room was at a comfortable temperature and it was so quiet in the facility at night which is just another huge bonus . Overall I would give my stay at 9.8/10! Thank you ALL !!!

Our first room had black mold all over the bathroom ceiling and in the shower there was a large puffed pillow of mold growing out of the tile. The room clearly had water damage as tiles were popping up and there were ceiling patches all over. The front desk attendant was very nice and accommodating and switched our room across the hall and down one to a room that still had mold in the shower. The halls smelt as of it was previously a smoking hotel. The carpet was filthy. When you walked the main level halls the carpets again were filthy stained and dirty. The breakfast area thankfully was maintained very well like a restaurant. It was honestly the best part which was pleasing.

We purchased a room with two queen beds and were told it as over sold. We received a room that had a king and a sofa bed. We were provided stained dirty linens for sofa bed, sub par pillow, and a gray skimpy blanket that could have come from a jail. Bathtub was filthy and grout chunks were coming off the floor. The desk clerk/manager tried very hard to correct the numerous problems. Unfortunately it was out of her control! Lastly the elevator was noisy, and seemed to jolt seeming to need repair asap!

There were only two things we were disappointed in. Number one we didn’t have notice that the pool was not operational and that’s the only reason we reserve hotel. I have a health problem that requires me to do water exercises every day. Second, I was really disappointed in the breakfast. The eggs were not fresh made from powdered mix. There were no fruit choices. The juice machine was broken, so there was no orange juice.
