The gentleman attending the breakfast rm was wonderful! As soon as we walked in he asked us how we wanted our eggs cooked! Great guy!
The toilet in our room was awful. It's so low to the ground and for someone like me who has bad knees and hips it wasn't easy to get off of but the worst part of it was that you had to hold the handle down till it flushed or it wouldn't.

The pool was filthy, the bathroom had poop on the counter, staff was rude and lied about the pool being open.

I did not like that we were upstairs with no elevator, stairs only.

The pool was chilly, and the hot tub was still down. The problem at first was with our room they had that fixed right away no problems after that.

We did not expect to have room service between days of our stay.
Receptionist was argumentative and borderline rude. No elevator was bizarre. The keypad into the building from outside was broken. No non skid mat in the bathtub.

All the surfaces were as if they had not even been wiped off. I wiped the surfaces down myself. I did not expect to have to do so. Disappointing.

it was right off the highway so good location. there was a bob evens right next door.
after driving for 10 hours I was looking forward to using the hot tub and pool. however it didn’t look very clean so I didn’t end up going in it.

Reasonably priced, good value for the price. Mostly clean, some areas missed. Breakfast was a good value, with variety and served at correct temps. Beds comfortable.
Entrance lock for side door where we entered from the outside to get to our room was broken, looked like it had been so for a long time—was all taped over—definite security risk.
