Well-priced, friendly service, nothing gross found in the room, so that's a win.

AC on the first floor in the lobbies was not on during the day, and then was on after dark... Just meant the lobby was humid and overly warm. Individual room AC units were adequate, but I couldn't achieve the 68 I wanted, but it wasn't miserably warm (for normal people, I imagine), at around 70-72. I think if it hadn't been listed with a 4/5 star review/rating on Booking, I would have been less disappointed in the mediocrity of the location, room, cleanliness, facilities. It wasn't unclean, but it was... undusted, and not recently vacuumed? It's cool, Indiana is... generally, the middle of the Midwest (in terms of quality, not geography) so my stay being an almost neutral experience, with nothing particularly good or bad... is better than it could have been. Adequate is the word that comes to mind.
