The breakfast wasn’t very good and when I checked in, the clerk ignored me for a good 5 mins despite me seeing him sitting in the back

We loved that there was a pull out couch in our room. It gave our 17 year old a little "her" space from us and siblings. We lived the location on hotel. Kitchen staff did a good job on breakfast.

We had a serious lady bug infestation about 30 of them. I have a video of when we started counting them coming from olevery direction on the wall. (Unsure of why there were so many) my 5 year old is terrified of bugs so sleep wasn't happening until we caught each one. The bath room light only one of them worked, the low dim to be specific which made getting ready or showering difficult. The refrigerator even on the highest setting of 7 didnt keep any of our food items or beverages cold :( Lunchables went to waste because they got warm same with milk.
