The room kept me out of the rain.

There is no breakfast.

Ice maker doesn't work. Dishwasher doesn't work. No chairs in the room. Light over the cooktop is broken.

What a crock of shit.

I didn't have to sleep outside.

False advertisement. I booked a room for 4 adults and 1 child and after they took my $1850 cash. Then they tell me all of us can't stay in the room. When I said no problem, they say no refunds. Then they handed me a list of rules and tell me that they run a tight ship and i break any rule they will kick us out, and of course no refunds. Then they proceed to tell me that it's $2 extra for clean linen. The room was in disrepair, broken door lock, broken key reader, parts of the room laying around. The refrigerator smelt bad, and No phone. All day all I could hear was a dog screaming and wimpering. When I asked about it they told me it was being kennel trained. I didn't dare complain about it because it belonged to the lady that worked the front desk, for fear she would have us thrown out. One day her children decided to have a door slamming contest for 10 hours. When you walked outside the workers amongst other people would stand next to the door and smoke. Also there are vagrants wandering around the parking lot. The parking lot was disgusting, there are dirty diapers and random household items everywhere. Worst experience ever. I'm never staying there again and I'm never using booking.com again.

it wasn’t comfortable and I had to get a different room because the first room was dirty and the first room wasn’t never clean or looked at and someone said they don’t know why they keep putting people in the room and the second room was dirty a bit and the bed wasn’t comfortable and it heard and they didn’t do good at all with there job as house keeping

I will never stay here again. this place needs to be shut down

my room was filthy there was a can of molded food in my room hidden under the heater. They wouldn’t give me my money back for that. the website had false advertising, when I got to the property to check in I check in, and two days later they came out of no where with all of these extra fees that weren’t included in my price. the staff was very rude and unprofessional and used profanity towards the guests.

Suburban's great they have it together just a little understaffed at the front desk and complicated rules and policies keep popping up every time I get there so maybe it's just one staff person that's making that I don't know but I would prefer to go to suburban

It’s gross and not worth the price pay $20 more and stay at a nicer hotel

The check in staff was rude I got harassed by loitering men when entering the hotel to check in the room smelled there was a hole in the wall behind the door that you could see they tried to patch over but did a terrible job the floors were gross and stained there was a missing drawer in the kitchenette there was a cork board that had graffiti on it the bathroom was not clean there was a razor blade on the floor behind the bathroom door the sides of the toilet were nasty dirty and you could tell it was not cleaned properly inside the bowl the inner rim was disgusting covered in brown stuff there was no trash can in the room or the bathroom the beds were hard and the hallways outside the room were dirty with random trash laying around and very obvious stains in the carpet cracks in the tile the elevator had random fast food cups in it and the worst part is that booking.com told me the total of my stay would be $121.07 but the hotel charged $125.34

Didn't end up staying at hotel. Took the hit on my reservation with no cancellation bc I felt unsafe

Room I was given was already occupied. Elevator to 4th floor was held up by housekeeping for more than 10 mins twice. Trash in hallway. Homeless person hanging out in front of business.

Yes I will…the hotel overbook so anybody with a 3rd party reservation was not able to stay there so we were stranded and our evening concert was ruined.

the full kitchen is a plus
