Staff is amazing, hot tub/pool is open most of the day! Location is right next to the mall and movies, price was right! Room was clean and my TV worked!

The staff was pretty friendly and check in was very easy. Door access from outside was by key only. The hotel was quiet in general.
Our room was falling apart. The beds were almost completely off the frames, the blankets were stained and dirty we had to go get our own blankets and pillows, pool was advertised as open and it was closed, the trim around our room was falling and tearing off the baseboards just laying on the floor, bathroom counter was off the wall and the door was cracked like someone kicked it in.
