Didn’t get noisy upstairs neighbor which that was a plus

The room smelled really bad.

The breakfast was very simple with cereals, milk, juice and a muffin. Nothing fancy but it was okay. The food area was very clean and the staff was friendly.

It was all okay. Nothing fancy but it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I did not eat breakfast. I did notice it did not have a lot to choose from. I feel that was the only thing I did not care for. The room was very clean. I was impressed by the cleanliness. Everyone one I talked to were very helpful and friendly.

Improve the breakfast.

Location

They charge $1.50 a day administrative fee and $1.50 a day room safe fee. $3 per day. This is beyond your Booking dot com total and is sprung on you at the counter. It could be contested in your favor with a call to Booking, but they know that that's time consuming, etc. While this may appear cheap (well then why charge it?) it's indicative of their approach towards you the guest, the paying customer. There's a good chance they'll find something else to bill you for too, just because. Also the T.V.s have regular problems with signals and remotes. I changed rooms because of this, then my 2nd room had a problem as well.
