Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Newport Cincinnati

Great location from Cincinnati. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff was great from the front desk and in the breakfast area.

Parking is horrible. The spots are tiny and people would not in between the lines which made it hard to find a spot. Lobby could be a little more welcoming looking.

Overall stay was great but I have to say top of my list was employee friendliness! Everyone was always smiling and helpful from desk to housekeeping. Breakfast good and room was quiet, and great view!

Hmmmm… maybe have butter sitting out so it’s easier to spread on toast. That’s about it!

The bed was uncomfortable and what happened to the little signs that you could put on your door saying you didn’t want any service?

The room had not been vacuumed it smelled like mildew and mold, the bathroom faucet, water was a Trinkle, once in the shower, black mold appeared. The towels were gray with stains on them not white and felt like a rug not a towel. When I asked for white towels I was told all our towels are white I beg the difference out was grey.

Only one side of the blackout curtains closed. I’m feeling like maybe they didn’t have staff to cover the hotel for the event for the weekend. Maybe that room was over looked however it’s not what I’m used to for Marriott
