Hotel was within walking distance of Portland bus and train station. In addition, local bus service services, such as the 5, the 7, the 9A and 9B stopped outside the hotel. A pharmacy, supermarket and top class restaurants were all within walking distance of the hotel.

This was a good location if you want to be close to the airport and other public transport.
It was very basic and could use updating. The description included that it has breakfast but for clarity, could mention that it’s at an extra cost. There is no coffee available unless you sit and pay at the restaurant (or drink the coffee in the room, which leaves a lot to be desired) and the breakfast menu is pretty limited. It has a shuttle but you need to book a time, which they don’t seem to adhere to. I requested a 10:00 shuttle and the driver didn’t show until 10:15. The room cleanliness was ok. The only type of room that was available in Booking.com was handicap accessible. Walk in shower leaked water out into the rest of the bathroom essentially flooding it. It was also fairly moldy/mildew stained. The staff were fairly helpful but were somewhat unprofessional in their attire/presentation. The price of this room was not a good value in my opinion.
