For the price it's unbeatable

It was clean. Quiet. And comfortable. If you want to nitpick it there were a few cosmetic flaws. But I'm sleeping there. Not looking to buy it. Waffle house right next door. Staff was friendly. Beds are comfortable and clean. And no bugs.

Pool would have been nice.

Less than expected.

Bed was comfortable and property was quiet. I did sleep good.

Breakfast was very minimal. Purely continental with hardly any selection. Multiple light bulbs out in the room. Not clean to my satisfaction. Flies and gnats in room. Bathroom sink was very slow in draining. Was given a "smoking room" and I do not smoke and haven't smoked in my life. I believe I had requested a smoke free room. I just wonder if I was given a less desirable rate, for booking through a 3rd party at a negotiated rate.

The location and how close it was to Fort Leonard Wood.

When checked in, the first room that I was provided had a toilet that was inoperable. The second room I was given the A/C was inoperable. I requested a late check-out (12:30pm) instead of 11am due to a basic training graduation I was attending. We arrived back to the hotel at approximately 11:30, our room was unlocked and our dog that was kenneled inside was gone. Staff was aware of the animal in the room as well. A frequent stayer (Jessica) had our animal and it seemed like the staff were aware but acted like they had no idea until I began to demand to see the CCTV footage to figure out who unlocked our room. A DO NOT DISTURB placard was on the door that morning but housekeeping still must’ve unlocked the door since all the rooms on the same floor were opened the same way. I never had to deal with that before after asking for a late check-out. Never will I stay here should I return to Saint Robert. Terrible experience.

Won't be back

Didn't eat

No heat. Had been occupied by a smoker. Smelled like cigarettes. Door key didn't and clerk used a knife to break into the lock. I told him I didn't feel safe. Room wasn't changed

Disappointing

our room was okay for what you pay for but definitely not that great in cleanliness. the floor was very dirty and the bathroom was definitely not clean. when booking this hotel the pictures where not accurate. not of the outside or inside

Good

The bed was phenomenal, very comfortable. pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean

hated every time just about that are key would not work and we couldn't get in the room so it felt like we were bothering the workers because they had to come. let us in every time the worker seemed agitated with it as well

Disappointing

the shower still had other people hair(not hair from head), blanket was dirty and the breakfast was very poor.the door key was difficult to use to unlock the door

Location was good.

The hair dyer did not work the side of the headboatd came off. I did not get the military discount due to I booked through hotel.com... Motel ran out of milk so you coiuld not eat any cereal. All they had was cereal instanf oatmilk yoast pastrys that wrre dry coffee and hot water for tea. This is our second try with this motel.

Cereal and danish package’s available for breakfast. Found hairs on my sheets that weren’t mine.

If You Want to Feel Like You’re Sleeping in a Night Club, This Place Is For You!

Location and the staff was friendly.

The room was very outdated but the worst part was the noise! It sounded like we were staying above a night club! The bass from another room was so loud it was rattling the windows and you could hear people partying. A lot of yelling and doors slamming, I was staying with my 12 year old son and there were a few times I wondered if we were even safe there. It’s been a long time since I stayed at a hotel near base so I guess I wasn’t thinking. It was a great price and if you’re looking for a place off base to party in the hotel, this is your place. For a mom and child waiting to pick up their soldier in the morning from base, it was definitely not for us. I gave it 2 stars because the staff was nice when checking in and out, otherwise I’d of given a 1 or 0.

ok for just overnight stay

friendly staff

the room door had a 1/4 inch gap around it and I could see outside, the wind blew through it all the time and so did the highway traffic noise. Continental breakfast was cold cereal and pastries with Luke warm coffee. I would have saved money not booking it through Booking.com. I would of expected more for the money.

Good location and nice staff

The staff was friendly. the location was great for getting to the military base.

The breakfast bar was a joke, there was no milk for cereal, no coffee, the only option available was these 2" mini muffins.

Very poor

Smoking room was in very bad shape. Like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. We requested to move to a non smoking room, it was a lot cleaner.

Due to Covid, not a variety in Breakfast. We loved that we were minutes away from base where my son was staying.

didn't really like the fact that there were dead bugs in the room, and cigarette holes in the blankets, when it was a non smoking room.

With how old the place is... Beds were comfy...

Very run down... Dirty rooms... Said free breakfast... Had old cereal... Coffee... Toast.. You definitely get what you paid for..

Basic 1 night stay - nothing went disastrously wrong.

Basic bed and breakfast, parking lot well-lit.

Internet practically non-functional. Need to invest in stronger router. Breakfast options very limited e.g. waffle syrup without a waffle maker.

Close to the military base my son was graduating from and a lot of stuff to do/go to around it.

Pool not open, hole in wall, 1 of the beds had glitter on the sheet and tub was not clean
