The floor in the room was very dirty, like it was never mop, and the breakfast was not as we expected neither.

I booked a room that has some plumbing issues with the toilet so that was not my favorite but nice otherwise

The location & they allow pets. The beds were comfortable.
We had a two room suite with two bathrooms. Neither one of the TVs worked for two nights. Finally after much complaining & insisting the manager was called, one of the TVs worked for two nights.
The hall carpets really need to be replaced.
We did not need housekeeping every day. However, we set our trash bags outside the door and they never picked them up.
Someone left a Subway sandwich in our refrigerator.
The silverware was not very clean. We had to wash it before using it.
The breakfast buffet is horrible; stale bagels, cold eggs & cold gravy. Not very clean area.
It was disappointing.
