The location of the property was perfect for the graduation of my son from Ft Leonard Wood. The neighborhood was safe and I did not have to worry about being without my husband being with me.
The staff was not very accommodating. We had to ask for fresh towels and bring our dirty ones down before we could get clean ones. I had a medical emergency that I really needed to cancel my 3rd night stay and they refused to refund me anything toward my booking that I paid in advance.

Location allowed easy access to Fort Wood, our primary destination. Also several food and shopping venues were nearby making it convenient. Elevator was a really nice asset for accessing our room.
Television programing input was somewhat limited in choices.

Very clean hotel. The rooms were very nice. Comfy bed. The staff was very polite and accommodating.
The hot waffles were good but I was hoping they'd have some eggs. Maybe next time.
