Comfort Inn & Suites Lees Summit - Kansas City

Breakfast was good but bookings.com did not give me a res confirmation and when we got to the hotel they did not have one so we had to make a reservation ourselves and spent more money. I will never use bookings.com again

Weights could not be in the fitness center but they had a reasonable explanation

The room was spacious and comfortable with the extra chair in the corner. Breakfast had good choices. The mattress was very comfortable.

Enjoyed the pool, pretty cold though.

The room was dirty. The bedding was dirty. There were stains on the covers some look like they had dried on the bed. The bathroom floor has dirt in the corners of the corner of the wall under the sink you can see the dirt where it had not been cleaned. The tissue box has so much dust built-up on it that it has turned white along the bottom. There was dust in the room, even though the room was supposed to have been vacuumed. There was rocks on the floor little tiny ones look like they came off of someone’s boat truly, not a great experience. Breakfast was very minimal to nothing. There was cereal, fried hard eggs that were in round circles, pork sausage, patties, blueberry muffin, plain bagel, either white or wheat bread which were rotated in the container, Actavia yogurt, vanilla, cherry, or strawberry. The coffee is available 24 seven the fitness center is closed, even though there is no sign and it says they are open. The pool is open.
