Just barely adaquate! Won’t stay there again!

Location

Coffee Maker was nasty dirty. No Hot Water in Shower. Floors were Dirty!

Disappointing

There was a lot of live in residents that lived there and some of them could make you nervous.

Didn’t get too, but thank god I didn’t 😂

Nothing couldn’t stay the night there.

The staff was rude over the phone, when just asking a simple question if I still get charged if I cancel the room for that night. She said yes, I said ok well I’m coming. I called her again to see if there’s a way I could pay half card half cash, she then tells me she charged my card and put that I canceled the room when I never told her to cancel it at all in the first place. My card went into the negative and got a $35 dollar late fee on my debit card. So I drove up there to settle it out. I asked could I still stay the night and she refund that money so I can do half and half cash and card so the late fee goes away on my debit card. Then she says it’s $100 dollar deposit fee I said no I can’t do that u never mentioned that on the phone. Well it was on our website maybe read next time is what she said I was like ok fair enough well then she says I can call my manager see if they can not do the late fee I said ok great, she then comes back to say here is ur refund for tonight ur not allowed to book with us no more. I thought to myself thank god lol, but also wow u could had refunded me in the first place. And here rudeness on the phone when I was worried about my card in the negative her response was it’s not my problem I don’t really care, and I said it was ur problem cuz you cancelled my stay without me telling u to do so😂. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT !!!!!!

The staff were very nice

On your web site pool is listed they don’t have a working pool and haven’t for a while. Beds are ? Full size not even Queen and terrible got there late which they were aware but only stayed the one night. No sleep due to bed

We didn't have breakfast at the facility. The overnight accomodations were good.

The facility, staff and overnight stay was good. No complaints here.

Pleasant

There has been some improvement from the last time we stayed here the last time we stayed the room was infested with fleas I'm allergic to the flea bites so I know when fleas are present we had to stay here this time because we had a dog. its lot better shape than it was in the past.

Didn't have any water pressure the 1st morning had to take a shower else where

I immediately called Booking.com and spoke with Janb who was gracious but told me I could have only a 15% refund because

The property was seemingly conveniently located off the interstate, however that may have been an invitation to an undesirable human population.

As we pulled in to o a parking space to enter the establishment , there were two men who appeared to be attempting to break-in to some vending machines adjacent to the entrance. My spouse and I were disturbed by this but approached the lobby entry anyway, which smelled of stale cigarette smoke mixed with strains of old urine. We agreed we could not stay at this location and asked for a refund explaining why. We were referred to the third party, Booking.com.

Comfortable bed. Great location.

Room was very small. I did not care for the cash damage deposit and was concerned about damages in the room that were there when I checked in. I actually considered taking pictures so I am protected against a false claim.

the only good thing about this place is that they could accommendate the sleeping arrangements for our family.

it was close to our wedding venue

Horrible!!! The shower was broken, it sprayed everywhere except on us. The mortar was broken around the tiles, the corners of the floors looked like dirt was never cleaned there, the toilet rocked when you sat on it.

Ok, but could use some work

I did like the rate of the room, and the location in relation to the event we were attending.

Did not like the fact that we had to pay a deposit and that the information was tucked away and not upfront. This information should be posted on the front page of the reservation. Also, there was a tremendous smell of weed being smoked in the rooms behind ours. It was very loud smelling.
