The eggs and potatoes were cold. We were not happy with so called Hot Breakfast we were told about at check in. We were going to let the person at the front desk know of this, but to our surprise, as soon as we approached the desk - we were greeted by a man on a tv screen, we mentioned it but it is a very impersonal way to communicate. So our concern seemed unworthy.
We expected a much better quality breakfast, as well as a live person at the front desk.
