It was in a good location, the breakfast was good each morning and the staff where friendly
The rooms are a little tired looking but they were clean

Location was good, easy to get to. Coffee shop next door for coffee/latte addicts was a bonus as we headed out in the morning, didn't need to search for one!
I never like to see carpets in hotels anymore, especially in a pet friendly room! They are always in need of shampooing. This room wasn't awful but I would feel much better having vinyl flooring that is mopped between stays so I know I am stepping on clean floors! AC/Furnace filters were very dust/dander filled - we cleaned them and that helped air quality in the room tremendously.

Very popular with travelers because of location, so usually full or nearly so. Pretty quiet all the same

Not much
The carpet in the room was dirty, the beds were terrible. We had a tub rather than a shower with no grab bars. Temperature was difficult to regulate. Your were had several reviews about the wonderful breakfast. It was the same powdered scrambled eggs etc as all 2 star hotels. Again the website rated it as 5 star which I questioned but didn’t know it was a two star until I googled it after I saw it. Booking.com needs to be accurate with their descriptions. In face this is my last booking with them as this has happened before
