Omesh at the quality inn git us a room at their sister facility because when I made the reservation thruChoice they lied to me when they told me the hot tub at quality inn was working. When we got to Disney. Omesh at the quality inn told me he had contacted Choice services and reported his hot tub and pool were not in operation. My husband had had 4 back surgery and after riding in the car for 13 hours was really looking forward to a hot tub
Omesh arranged for us to get a room with a hot tub at the sister facility Comfort Suite. He was very helpful and compassionate. He deserves a reward.
That choice reservation lied to me saying the hot tub at quality inn was working

McDonald's was close. Too dirty to eat at hotel.
Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Looked dirty. Was not impressed. We stayed at several Choice Hotels on our trip and this one was definitely the worst.
