They need to have a few diabetic options for breakfast, but overall it was amazing. The coffee pot was a little slow, but awesome to have fresh brewed each time. Don't know if I like the bathroom sink on the outside of the bathroom.
The ice machine was out on the first floor, and you had to go to the third floor to get some.

The staff was very professional when dealing problems that came about, however, overall it was what customer service is about!
The bathtub wasn't clean it had some kind of black mark on the shower wall

The location was near where I needed. The room was comfortable and clean. A little surprised no microwave in room but that was on me as I just assumed and didn't read carefully. Staff was very friendly!
I thought it was supposed to be non-smoking and the moment you step off the elevator on the 5th floor you smell weed very strongly. The smell wasn't just then but the entire visit (W-Sat). While my room was okay (no direct smell) it still lingered a bit and the air didn't feel or smell as fresh as the first floor did.
